EDGE
Extraction of Differential Gene Expression (EDGE) is a software package for the statistical analysis of DNA microarray experiments. Through this software, it is possible to identify genes whose expression is different among varying biological conditions. It is also possible to perform exploratory analyses where one can identify and visualize patterns in the data. EDGE was developed at the labarotory of John Storey at UW.
