PyRosetta is a version of Rosetta implemented with a Python interface and developed primarily by Jeffrey Gray's Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University.
Major upgrade to PyRosetta, - version 2.011. Highlights of this release include:
- PyRosetta - PyMOL integration
- All Rosetta classes can be subclassed in PyRosetta
- It’s now possible to define custom energy terms in PyRosetta
- Rosetta libraries updated to r45995 (Nov 2011)
- Windows native build
